Vaginal Pessary Tandem Dr Arabin - All sizes


The tandem pessary consists of two coupled cubes made of flexible, tissue-friendly silicone. Patients with pronounced vaginal prolapse are treated with the tandem pessary. Similar to the cube pessary, the suction effect of the recessed surfaces and the edges ensure good adhesion. The tandem pessary can also be useful for stress incontinence. The lower cube takes over the support function of the urethra and the upper cube guarantees the adhesion of the pessary.
The pessary should be cleaned under running water without using disinfectants.

All tandem pessaries should be removed in the evening and reinserted in the morning.
