SmaXel is a state-of-the-art Fractional CO2 laser system that produces small beams of 100μm and can adjust the size and number of dots.

It has a power of 40W in continuous transmission, so that it guarantees excellent results with the maximum possible safety for the patient.

The laser transmission is done with dual pulse technology, SmartPulse.

In the first stage, a high-energy beam with a short pulse duration is emitted to destroy the tissue at optimal depth.

In the second stage, a low energy and long beam is emitted at the required depth causing collagenesis.
